BOOKING POLICY
Your Reservation Matters to Us!
We hold your appointment especially for you and truly appreciate you choosing Men’s Dept. Barbershop.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can relax and enjoy your full service. Life happens, so we’ve created a simple, fair booking policy to help us accommodate as many guests as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Cancellations are welcome up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel with less notice, we kindly ask for as much heads-up as possible so we can offer the spot to another guest.
Late Arrival Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours.
For appointments 30 minutes or longer: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to stay on schedule for the next guest.
For quick 15-minute services: Please try to arrive on time so we can give you the full experience.
No-Show Policy
If we don’t hear from you and you’re unable to make your appointment, we respectfully reserve the right to charge 50% of the service total. This helps us hold the time for you and respect our team’s schedule.
Contact Policy
We reply to texts, calls, emails, and DMs during our normal business hours so we can give you our full attention.

Instructions:
1. Select Service (If first time client, select our free First Time Client Consultation and add a second service for the Haircut).
2. Select Service Provider.
3. Add another service with service provider if wanting multiple services (make sure to chose the same provider).
4. Choose appointment date and time.
5. You will receive a confirmation email. If there was no email received then the appointment more than likely is not scheduled.
