BOOKING POLICY
Your reservation is very important to us. We hold it especially for you! We recommend that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.
We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. For this reason we have developed our Booking Policy which covers cancellations, late arrivals and no shows. This policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of the unexpected availability and helps us to accommodate everyone including our service providers who would otherwise miss out on a service.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations later than this will be charged a fee of 50% of the base price of the service(s) total.
Late Policy:
For Services 30 minutes or more – If you are more than 5 to 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service, for which you have scheduled with us and, if unable, the above fee of 50% will be applied.
For services 15 minutes or less – If your appointment is only for 15 minutes, you must arrive on time as there is no late window that can be applied and the 50% fee would be applied if we were unable to accommodate you.
No show Policy:
If we are not notified that you are unable to make your appointment in accordance with our Late Policy and you do not physically come in for your set appointment, you will be charged the above service fee of 50%.
